Returns


At The GEMMA Label, we recognize that shopping online isn't always a flawless process.  We are here to do our very best to make it as easy for you as we possibly can!

Exchange Policy:

  • All garments must be unworn & unwashed
  • Bottoms must have the hygiene sticker - cannot be removed or reused
  • We offer exchanges but no returns 
  • You’re responsible for return shipping unless there was an error with your order
  • Must be returned to us within 21 days
  • Exchanges must have confirmation code – email shop@thegemmalabel.com
    Instruction for Exchanges:
    1. Email us at shop@thegemmalabel.com -- we'll send you a confirmation code and a form to include in your return package
    3. Package your exchange and send back to our headquarters (address below)
    4. We will send you a confirmation email that we've received your package
    5. Wait for your exchange to arrive!
